正确的方法应该是：选择像质计按50mm厚度选取，缺陷按45mm厚度评定。否则射线检测有可能达不到检测灵敏度要求。

应该把定义搞清楚，啥叫公称尺寸（公称尺寸：是标准或图纸规定的名义尺寸，是用户和生产企业希望得到的理想尺寸，在这种名义尺寸之下，只有根据不同种类的配合，给定了不同的公差，这才是机械加工的实际掌握的尺寸）、啥叫毛坯尺寸。我认为你说的公称尺寸即加工后的尺寸，之后不说也就自明了。
