121检验人才“一对一”渐近培养和实例

摘要:提出了特种设备检验人才“一对一”培养的若干方法,包括检验单位内培养检验员的3种方法:讲授法、案例法、互动法,和检验现场增加的2种方法:示范法、实践锻炼法,并分析了各种方法的优缺点和受检验员欢迎程度。提出并分析了5种渐近培养方法,包括理论结合实践、常规结合疑难、多检验员讨论、更重要检验任务、模拟独立检验等,并以分馏塔检验为例,介绍在实际检验过程中检验人才的“一对一”渐近培养,这种螺旋状提高渐进的和否定之否定的培养方法,是马克思主义认识论和辩证法具体应用。

122聚乙烯PE管超声波测厚研究与检测要点

摘要:应用超声波方法对聚乙烯PE管测厚时,与对金属测厚不同。研究了不同聚乙烯材料声速差异、不同频率超声波衰减规律、不同温度下的声速、聚乙烯各向异性及结晶度对声速影响。提出了试块、探头、温度、各向异性、受热状态、零点、隔声层方向、耦合剂、不合格判断等测厚要点。

123曲面工件近表面缺陷的磁粉检测

摘要:压力管道全面检验时多进行射线或超声波检测,本文通过磁粉检测发现管道曲面的近表面裂纹。为了发现在用含碱性柴油精制管道近表面缺陷,介绍磁粉检测如何选择便携式直流磁粉探伤机,介绍磁轭调整和磁化方法。检测发现管道焊缝存在大量裂纹,分析了裂纹原因为应力腐蚀。对该管道所有焊缝进行了返修和热处理,以减少焊接残余应力,至今使用正常。

125液化石油气储罐缺陷的超声波监控

摘要:在用液化石油气储罐SSCC、HB、HIC或其它缺陷可能会扩展,需要监控扩展状况。介绍液化石油气储罐SSCC超声波监控,横波检测,探头选K1单斜探头,基准灵敏度按V形槽或Φ1×6孔调节。介绍HB、HIC或其它缺陷超声波监控,纵波检测,探头选双晶直探头,基准灵敏度按第一次底波或Φ5平底孔调节。介绍某次超声波监控,试验7种不同探头对同一缺陷检测,选定5Z14FG10Z探头。介绍超声波监控记录方法,并给出某次超声波监控记录表。提出表面处理、耦合剂、罐内的相等监控要点。超声波可以监控液化石油气储罐缺陷扩展情况。

125Ultrasonic Monitoring and Its Application for Defect of LPG Vessel

AbstractDefects spread of LPG Vessels in service should be monitored, such as SSCC、HB、HIC and other defects. Shear wave inspection used in SSCC ultrasonic monitoring by angle probe, and longitudinal wave inspection used in HB、HIC and other defects ultrasonic monitoring by normal probe. 5Z14FG10Z probe is choosed after 6 kinds probe were screened out. Ultrasonic monitoring record, surface treatment, coupling medium choice and phase in LPG Vessels are given. Ultrasonic can monitor LPG Vessels defects spread.

126有限空间内渗透检测对人员的危害及防护

摘要:渗透检测的危害和防护常被忽视,为了减少渗透检测对人员的危害,介绍了在渗透检测过程中容易被人忽略的检测安全问题。分析了在有限空间内使用ⅡC-d进行渗透检测的经常存在的错误习惯,包括忽视爆炸的危险、忽视通风、气体检测和劳动保护。分析了这些危害产生原因,指出渗透检测剂被吸入、与皮肤、眼睛接触后,对呼吸系统、眼、皮肤和中枢神经的伤害。提出有限空间内防护渗透检测危害的方法,包括加强教育和管理、加强通风、气体检测和劳动保护、改进检测方法和渗透检测剂施加方法等,对渗透检测安全具有实际指导价值。

Abstract: The hazards and protection of penetration testing in limited space are often ignored. In order to reduce the hazards, security issues of penetration testing are introduced. The reasons of harzard in the limited space penetration testing was put forwar, and wrong habits in site was pointed out. After inhaled or contracted with the penetrant testing agent by the eye or the skin, the human’s respiratory system, eyes, skin and central nervous system was hurted seriously. To minmize the harzard, the methods of  better management, ventilation, and gas detection, labor protection were put forward.

127在用高压氢气管道母材超声波检测

摘要:在用高压氢气管道首次全面检验,母材超声波检测属于《在用工业管道定期检验规程》要求之外,我们对纵向缺陷进行了检测。具体介绍检测方法和参数,介绍检测要点,分析缺陷产生原因,着重介绍探头磨制方法和探头磨制后的检测方法,分析错误磨制方法的危害,介绍了测定探头K值的v形槽试块。经超声波检测发现管道存在超标信号,更换了存在超标信号的管子,至今运行两年未发现异常。

摘要:蒸压釜磁粉检测资料缺乏。本文介绍了在用蒸压釜磁粉检测的重点部位,具体介绍了磁粉检测中的常见错误,如检测安全、脚手架、打磨和清洗、亮度、磁化方法、磁粉、反差增强剂、磁悬液、磁粉机、提升力、系统灵敏度、施加磁悬液、磁化、磁化与施加磁悬液的配合、磁痕观察、伪显示、非相关显示、超标缺陷处理等磁粉检测方面的常见错误,分析了这些错误产生原因,提出了它们的改正方法。

129扭转模态导波检测管道横向和纵向缺陷的数值仿真和实验研究

摘要:T(0,1)模态导波由于其良好的频散特性被广泛应用于长距离管道无损检测中,管道横向、纵向缺陷的定量检测对管道无损检测技术的发展具有重要意义。本文使用有限元软件ABAQUS对铝制管道不同尺寸缺陷进行建模并激励T(0,1)模态导波,采用脉冲回波的方法定位缺陷,得到反射系数与横向缺陷截面损失的关系以及纵向缺陷长度对缺陷回波信号结构的影响。使用MSGW磁致伸缩导波实验平台设计实验,检测具有不同横向、纵向尺寸缺陷的铝管,实验结果与仿真结果在允许的范围内基本吻合。研究表明,反射系数随缺陷横截面损失的增大呈接近线性的增大趋势,缺陷回波信号由缺陷前后端面的反射信号叠加形成。

129Simulation and Experiment of torsional mode Guided Wave Scattering in aluminum pipes with circumferential and axial defects

Abstract: The T(0,1) mode guided wave is widely used in long term NDT of the pipeline. The reflection characteristics of T(0,1) mode guided wave for an aluminum pipe with both circumferential and axial defects are discussed in this paper. Three-dimensional finite element models of cracked pipes are established in the software package ABAQUS/EXPLICIT for investigating the reflection characteristics from defects with different circumferential and axialextent. The T(0,1) mode is incident from one end of the pipe and the defect is located by using the pulse echo method. The corresponding experiments are done with MSGW to verify the simulation results. It has been found that the reflection coefficients have nearly linear relation with the section loss, and that the reflection signals is the joint result of interference between reflected signals from both front and back ends of the defect.

130磁致伸缩导波管道检测的理论与实验研究

131基于时频分析及匹配追踪的超声导波管道缺陷检测算法研究

摘要:超声导波对管道缺陷进行检测定位过程中,接收到的导波信号往往夹杂着大量的噪声信号使得管道的缺陷信号淹没在噪声之中而难以判断。传统的数字带通滤波、自适应滤波、小波阈值滤波对导波信号噪声的滤除具有一定的作用,但对小缺陷信号仍然无法很好地检出。本文提出一种结合复Morlet小波时频分析及基于Gabor字典的匹配追踪算法相结合的方法,先对导波信号进行连续小波变换,再用匹配追踪算法分解逼近信号,最后经过叠加各尺度信号重建出时域信号。通过磁致伸缩导波检测钢管上缺陷的实验,对比小波阈值滤波方法,验证了该滤波算法能够较好地提高缺陷的检测能力和信噪比效果。

131Research on algorithm of defect detection in pipes using ultrasonic guided waves based on time-frequency analysis and matching pursuit

Abstract: Defect detection and location in pipes using ultrasonic guided waves, the defect signal in pipes will be overwhelmed by noise and difficult to distinguish as the received guided wave usually mixed with lots of noise. Traditional digital band-pass filter、adaptive filter、wavelet threshold de-noising has a certain effect on filtering the guided wave signal noise. However, it is still hard to detect the small defect. In this research, we proposed a method which combining complex Morlet wavelet time-frequency analysis and matching pursuit algorithm based on Gabor dictionary. Guided wave signal will be transformed by continuous wavelet first, then matching pursuit algorithm will be used to decompose and approach the signal, the signal will be reconstructed via superimposing on each scale signal at last. The experiment of magnetostrictive guided wave detection of defects in pipe demonstrated that the filter algorithm we proposed is effective in defect detection and raising the signal to noise ratio.

摘  要:基于云计算技术和检测集成技术的云检测(CNDT)是一个全新的概念,它包容各种物理与化学的检测方法,实现信息共享和远程控制,也是无损检测集成技术发展的趋势。本文讨论了无损检测技术集成创新带来的优越性,该技术目前的研究现状,以及未来的发展方向,即云检测。简要阐述了无损云检测与评价技术计划方案,云检测通过云计算和无损检测集成技术的结合,将传感器采集的数据收集于云端进行存储、处理。云端的功能包括信号处理、存储、评估、预测、信息反馈等一系列软硬件共享资源。用户能够共享软、硬件资源,享受云检测带来的便捷服务和高效率。本文以电力行业无损检测为例,讨论了无损检测技术建立云检测的可能性,优点和亟待解决的关键问题,并介绍了一种无损云检测的雏形样机,指出云检测是未来无损检测集成技术的发展方向。

133Research of “ Cloud ” Non-destructive Testing and Evaluation Technique

Abstract: It is a completely new concept of Cloud Non-destructive Testing(CNDT) which is based on cloud computing and integrated inspection techniques, including different physical and chemical testing methods. CNDT not only realizes the information sharing and the remote control, it is also the development tendency of NDT integrated technology. This paper discusses the superiority brought by the innovation of NDT integrated technology, illustrates the present status of this technology and its future development - that is Cloud Non-destructive Testing,the cloud detection. This paper describes the Plan and Program of non-destructive cloud detection and evaluation technique briefly. Cloud detection combines the cloud calculation with NDT integrated technology. It collects the data on cloud client side, then save and process. The function of the cloud client side includes signal processing, saving, evaluation, prediction and information feedback. Users can share the software and hardware resources and enjoy the high efficiency and convenience with cloud detection. It also points out the possibility and the key problems of establishing the cloud technique, and draws a conclusion that the cloud technique is the development direction of NDT integrated technology.
