084金属材料相控阵检测缺陷定位、定性、定量准确性分析与比较

摘要:利用X射线检测、常规超声波检测和超声相控阵成像检测系统对一厚度为30mm的对接焊缝试块进行检测。并对三种检测方法的检测结果进行缺陷定位、定性、定量准确性分析与比较。分析结果表明,超声相控阵成像检测系统在缺陷定位、定性、定量的准确性上具有独特优势,且具有操作方便、检测快捷的特点。

084Abstract: Test a butt weld block of 30mm-thick by radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing and phased array ultrasonic flaw detector and recorder. Then analyse and compare the three testing results from flaw position, flaw type and flaw size. The analysis result shows that phased array ultrasonic flaw detector and recorder has unique advantage in the accuracy of flaw position, flaw type and flaw size. And the phased array ultrasonic flaw detector and recorder is more convennient for operation and more quick for testing.

085远场涡流检测技术在电站锅炉水冷壁管检测中的应用

摘  要:电站锅炉水冷壁管因磨损减薄导致爆管将影响锅炉的安全运行。应用远场涡流检测技术可以发现水冷壁管上的磨损减薄缺陷。介绍了远场涡流检测技术的原理和工艺要点。采用高性能涡流检测系统对电站锅炉水冷壁管进行远场涡流检测,取得了较好的效果。

085Remote Field Eddy Current Testing for Water-Cooled Wall Tube of Plant Boiler

Abstract: The blow-out of water-cooled wall tube of plant boiler due to thinning may affect the safe operation of the boiler. The remote field eddy current testing technique may be used to detect the defects. The theory and procedure of remote field eddy current testing technique were presented. High-performance eddy current inspection system was used to test the water-cooled wall tube, and good results were achieved.

086远场涡流检测技术在垃圾发电锅炉水冷壁检测的应用分析

摘要:生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉水冷壁存在腐蚀凹坑、腐蚀减薄和疲劳裂纹等缺陷。本文阐述了在役生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉水冷壁采用远场涡流检测的适用性与优点,然后结合Ferroscope ® 308 远场涡流管线内外壁检测系统介绍垃圾发电锅炉水冷壁采用远场涡流的检测工艺要点与实例。最后总结了远场涡流检测技术应用于生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉水冷壁检测具有数据可靠性高、工作效率高和使用方便等优点。

086Remote Field Eddy Current Testing of Water-Cooled Wall Tube for Municipal Solid Waste Incineration PlantBoiler

Abstract: Corrosion pit, corrosion thinning and fatigue crack appeared on the water cooled wall of municipal solid waste incineration plant boiler. The applicability and advantages of remote field eddy current testing apllying in municipal solid waste incineration plant boiler were presented in this paper, then the detecting process and applicative example of remote field eddy were introduced with Ferroscope ® 308 system. The advantage of high reliability, high efficiency and convenient to use is summarized in the last part.

087小波变换在声发射信号特征提取中的应用方法研究

摘要:对声发射信号进行分析与处理是目前获取声发射源信息的唯一有效途径,也是声发射技术发展的难点和瓶颈。针对声发射信号的特点,本文对小波变换用于声发射信号的特征提取问题进行了研究,总结出了适用于声发射信号的小波变换信号特征提取方法,并对未来小波变换在声发射领域的应用与研究方向进行了探讨。

AbstractAcoustic emission signal processing is the only effective method to acquire the acoustic emission source information by now and also the bottleneck that affects its positive development. According to the characteristic of acoustic emission signal, a wavelet-based method of signal feature extraction was presented. The developing tendency of the application of wavelet transform in acoustic emission was discussed finally.

088用X射线衍射法测定焊接残余应力

摘要:机械设备尤其是特种设备制造过程中普遍使用焊接技术,焊接过程中产生的残余应力会导致应力腐蚀裂纹变形、疲劳裂纹、零件的过早失效以及过度设计。近年来X射线衍射法残余应力测定技术的飞速发展,尤其是应力云图技术的应用和便携式应力测定设备的推广,使得该技术在焊接残余应力测定领域得到了越来越广泛的运用。
    X射线衍射法是一种无损的、非破坏性的残余应力测定技术,该特点使其成为一种非常有效地表征焊接残余应力特性、优化工艺及失效分析的工具,特别是能在零件焊接前、焊接后以及焊后处理过程中都能进行测量。
本文阐述了用X射线衍射法表征焊接残余应力特性的重要性,并列举了在不同类型焊接中残余应力测定的应用实例,包括电弧焊、氩弧焊、电阻焊、激光焊和电子束焊接等。该技术也可以用来评估消除焊接残余应力的一些工艺如研磨、热处理和喷丸的效果等。

093加楔块超声相控阵的聚焦特性测试

摘要:ASTM E2491-08为相控阵设备的测试提供了指导性规定。本文根据ASTM E2491-08,在安装楔块的情况下测试相控阵系统的聚焦能力,确定激发晶片数、聚焦深度以及偏转角度对相控阵系统聚焦能力的影响。试验采用ASTM E2491-08中规定的试块,试验激发的晶片数为8个、16个、32个,聚焦深度为10mm、50mm、100mm、150mm、200mm,声束偏转角度为35°、45°、60°和70°。通过试验发现加装楔块后,大部分的近场区都在楔块中,工件中的近场区很小。角度越小,工件中的近场区越大,随着角度的增大,聚焦能力变弱。随着聚焦晶片数量的增加,聚焦能力增强。随着聚焦深度的增加,焦点尺寸增大。越接近楔块物理主声束,分辨率越好。

AbstractASTM E2491-08 provides the standard guide for evaluating performance characteristics of phased array ultrasonic testing instruments and systems. In this paper,we use the phased array technology to measure the beam focusing capability of phased array ultrasonic with wedge according with ASTM E2491-08 so that we can identify the causes and effects of focusing capability in the factors such as the numbers of elements ,the focal depth and the scanning angle. In the test, the block designed in ASTM E2491-08 has been used, the elements used are 8,16 and 32,and the focal depths used are 10mm,50mm,100mm,150mm and 200mm,the scanning angles are 35°,45°,60°and 70°.Through the test, we can find that a large proportion of the near field is in the wedge and only a small proportion of the near field is in the block. The scanning angle is smaller ,the near field in the block is larger. And if the scanning angle increases, the focusing capability becomes weaker. The focusing capability intensify when the number of the elements increases. The focal depth increases, the focal spot size increases, too. The resolution of the system will be better if the scanning angle is close to the physical angle of the wedge.
