【031】锅炉用奥氏体不锈钢弯管内部氧化皮检测的新方法

摘 要:以锅炉用奥氏体不锈钢管TP304H、TP347H为例,采用剩磁法和提升力法对奥氏体不锈钢弯管内部氧化皮的堆积量进行检测。结果表明:外部磁场激化后奥氏体不锈钢弯管内部氧化皮的剩磁磁感应强度和提升力均随堆积量的增加而增大,在一定量后变化趋于平缓;剩磁磁感应强度和提升力还与奥氏体不锈钢管的规格有关,壁厚越大,剩磁磁感应强度和提升力越小,内径越大,则剩磁磁感应强度和提升力越小;V型弯管内氧化皮堆积分散性小,其剩磁磁感应强度和提升力大,U型弯管次之,L型弯管最小。剩磁法和提升力法是快速检测奥氏体不锈钢弯头内部氧化皮堆积量的一种新方法。

031A New Detection Method for Oxidation Scales on Inner Surface of Austenitic Stainless Steel Tube Bends for Boilers

AbstractTaking austenitic stainless steel tubes TP304H and TP347H as an example, detection tests were carried out to oxidation scales on inner surface of the tube bends using residual magnetic and lifting power method. Results show that after excitation of external magnetic field, both the density and lifting power of the scales residual magnetism will rise with growing accumulation of scales, and once the accumulation gets to a certain amount, the variation tendency will slow down. The density and lifting power are also affected by tube size, i.e. the thicker the tube wall, or the larger the inner diameter of tube, the less they will be. For different shapes of tube bends, oxidation scales inside V type bends have the strongest magnetism and lifting power, followed by U type, then L type. T he residual magnetic and lifting power method can be taken to quickly detect the accumulation amount of oxidation scales on inner surface of austenitic stainless steel tube bends.

【032】铸钢件横波超声波检测工艺参数的影响

摘 要:通过调整横波超声波检测工艺参数对ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo铸钢件检测效果的影响,发现并分析了缺陷反射回波随超声波参数影响变化关系。试验结果表明,横波超声波检测工艺参数对不同缺陷类型影响程度不同,对于规则的圆孔类缺陷,工艺参数如K值、频率及晶片尺寸对缺陷反射波波幅影响不明显;而对于裂纹类缺陷,随着探头K值增加,缺陷回波显著降低,随着频率的增加缺陷回波波幅减小,随晶片尺寸增加缺陷反射回波增益逐渐降低,但降低幅度不大,影响效果不明显。铸钢件横波斜探头超声波检测宜选用小K值、低频率、小晶片尺寸探头。

032Influence of Parameters of Transverse Wave Ultrasonic Testing Technique for Steel Casting

AbstractVarious transverse wave ultrasonic testing parameters influencing the echo wave result of ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo casting steel were studied and analyzed. Experiments were conducted to study the effect of parameters such as K value, frequency and size of ultrasonic transducer on echo amplitude of the defect. The results show that the ultrasonic testing parameters have different influences on different defects. The echo wave amplitudes with regular circular hole defect hardly change with the parameters. But with increasing of the K value, the echo wave amplitude of the crack defects decreases significantly. The amplitude gain also decreases with the increase of frequency and size of ultrasonic transducer, but the effects are not obvious. Better sensitivity for the casting steel testing can be obtained using the transverse whose K value frequency and size of ultrasonic transducer are smal1.

【033】铸钢件超声波衰减系数测量及其影响因素

摘 要:测定了铸钢件ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo超声波衰减系数并对其影响因素进行分析,试验结果表明,利用声压、声程乘积对数函数ln(PX)与声程X成线性关系,来测量衰减系数是个较好的方法;探头晶片尺寸、频率对铸钢件超声波衰减系数有影响,随晶片尺寸增加,衰减系数呈先增后减趋势,而衰减系数随探头频率的增加而增加。从衰减系数对超声波检测影响而言,铸钢件纵波直探头超声波检测宜选用低频率、晶片直径约20mm尺寸探头。

033Measurement and Influence Factors of Ultrasonic Attenuation Coefficient of Steel Casting

AbstractUltrasonic attenuation coefficient of ZG0Crl 3Ni4MO steel  casting was tested and its influencing factors were analyzed. The results show that using linear relation of ln(Px) and x,where P is acoustic pressure and x is beam path. is a better method to measure the attenuation coefficient. Influences of the ultrasonic testing parameters including diameter, frequency of ultrasonic transducer on the attenuation coefficient are different. With the increase of the diameter, the attenuation coefficient firstly increases and then decreases, and the attenuation coefficient increases with the increase of frequency. Considering the influences of attenuation coefficient on the ultrasonic testing, low frequency and 20 mm diameter of ultrasonic transducer should be used in longitudinal wave probe ultrasonic testing.

【034】铝母线焊缝TOFD超声衍射信号特性

摘 要:本文分析了直通波、底波及缺陷反射回波衍射信号特性随纵波TOFD超声检测参数影响变化关系。试验结果表明,直通波衍射信号增益值随发射探头与接受探头之间距离成正比,而底波回波、缺陷波回波衍射信号值随定位角的增加遵循先减后增的趋势,当定位角为2倍探头入射角时,底波回波、缺陷回波TOFD衍射信号最强,其底波回波衍射信号与缺陷回波衍射信号能同时存在且能清晰分辩,TOFD检测灵敏度最佳。

034Ultrasonic testing for aluminum alloy bus weld by time-of-flight diffraction

AbstractIn this paper, various longitudinal wave ultrasonic time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) testing parameters influencing the echo waveforms resulting of aluminum alloy weld were studied and analyzed. The results show that the gain values of the lateral wave echo wave signal amplitude increases linearly with the distance between the receiver and the transmitter. While the gain values of the back wall and defects echo wave signal amplitude firstly decreases and then increases with increasing the intersection angle, and defect and back wall reflected wave are clearly disturbed and existed when intersection angle is almost two times inspection angle of longitudinal wave inspectors. Better sensitivity for the aluminum alloy bus weld testing by TOFD is obtained when intersection angle is almost two times inspection angle of the inspectors.

【035】铝母线焊缝超声波检测工艺参数影响

摘 要:本文通过调整横波超声波检测工艺参数对6063铝合金焊缝检测效果的影响,研究分析了缺陷反射回波波幅随超声波参数变化关系。试验结果表明,随频率增加,分辨率降低,发现细小缺陷的能力增加,仪器系统增益值随探头频率的增加遵循先降后增趋势,当频率为5MHz时,仪器系统灵敏度最佳;晶片尺寸主要对近场区产生影响,当工件厚度小于15mm时,晶片尺寸推荐选择为36mm2;缺陷回波的波幅与缺陷反射面的角度有关,当壁厚小于17mm时,圆孔类缺陷回波波幅随K值增加而增大。铝母线焊缝横波斜探头超声波检测宜选用5MHz、大K值、小晶片尺寸探头。

035Influence of Parameters of Transverse Wave Ultrasonic Testing Technique for Aluminum Alloy Bus Weld

AbstractIn this paper, various transverse wave ultrasonic testing (UT) parameters influencing the echo waveforms resulting of 6063 aluminum alloy weld were studied and analyzed. Experiments on the change of the inspection angle, frequency and diameter of ultrasonic transducer and echo waveform of defection with the parameters are conducted. The results show that with increasing the frequency, ultrasonic testing sensitivity of the defects increases then decreases, better sensitivity for the aluminum alloy bus weld testing by UT is obtained when the frequency is 5MHz; Chip dimension is mainly made on the influence of probe's near-zone length to the sensitivity and accuracy of ultrasonic inspection for the aluminum alloy bus weld, and is promoted use of 36mm2 for inspection when the Work-piece Thickness is less than 15mm; Echo waveform amplitudes of the defects are almost changed with the inspection angle of the probes, when the Work-piece Thickness is less than 17mm, with increasing the inspection angle, the amplitude curve of the defects increases for a circular hole. Better sensitivity for the aluminum alloy bus weld testing obtained when the frequency of transverse wave probe is 5MHz, the inspection angle is larger-angle, and chip size is small.

【037】荧光渗透检测技术的有关问题

摘 要:由于荧光渗透检测法比着色渗透检测法有更高的检测灵敏度,所以,在对一些承压类特种设备的重要部件无损检测中,越来越多的单位采用荧光渗透代替着色渗透。JB/T4730.5-2005《承压设备无损检测》也建议对于表面光洁且检测灵敏度要求高的工件,宜采用后乳化型着色法或后乳化型荧光法,也可采用溶剂去除型荧光法。对在用承压设备进行渗透检测时,如制造时采用高强度钢以及对裂纹敏感的材料;或是长期工作在腐蚀环境下,有可能发生应力腐蚀的场合;或者工作中承受交变应力作用,容易产生疲劳裂纹的情况,其内壁宜采用荧光渗透检测方法进行检测。 但是,该标准对荧光渗透检测没有更详细的要求,比如,关于采用荧光渗透法检测在用承压类特种设备,并未规定适合于荧光渗透检测特点的灵敏度校验方法,可操作性不强。本文拟就荧光渗透检测法在承压设备检测时遇到的一些技术问题阐述笔者的观点。

AbstractExperience with carrying out comprehensive testing of base metal and welded joints of welded steel structures (piping, pressure vessels etc.) and steam turbine blades by using the methods of metal magnetic memory and other conventional non-destructive testing methods, and microstructure analysis is described. It is shown that stress concentration zones caused by additional working loads - not planned and expected in the design phase of the components - are sources of which industrial equipment damages emerge and develop.

【043】X射线底片上隐约阴影的探究

摘 要:底片上确实有不明显的阴影,然而返修或车削都不能发现。通过逐层解剖的方法找到了细小的缺陷,荧光渗透方法证实了这一发现。结合焊缝坡口形式和焊工运条方法,判断出隐约阴影的实质是一种特殊形式的未焊透。

AbstractOn the X-ray radiograph there was indistinct true image. However, real flaw could hardly be seeked out through rewelding or turning. Nevertheless thin flaw was found out by means of successive working, and that was proved by fluorescent penetrant testing. Considering comprehensively groove pattern and manipulation of electrode, we deem these images as a peculiar sort of incomplete penetration.

【044】爬波技术在锅炉TOFD检测中的应用

摘 要:TOFD技术是利用缺陷尖端超声衍射波成像的一种检测新技术,相比常规A型脉冲反射式超声波检测,具有缺陷检出率高,缺陷高度测量精确,检测结果可全程记录等许多优点;但其仍有一些不足,其中主要的是上表面检测盲区较大,需要利用其它的方法来补充检测。而利用表面下爬波检测正好可以弥补其不足,可显著地减小或克服TOFD上表面检测盲区。本文重点介绍了爬波的产生,爬波的衰减,爬波探头的结构,爬波检测用试块以及其在锅炉TOFD检测中的成功应用。

044Application of Creeping wave technology in Power Boiler’s TOFD testing

AbstractTOFD is a new testing technology using diffracted ultrasonic wave on defect’s tip for imaging. Comparing to the conventional A-scan pulse echo testing, TOFD has many advantages, such as high probability of defect testing, accurate measuring of defect’s height and recorded testing result. However, there are a few disadvantage in TOFD, mailly is deeper testing dead zone on upper surface , therefor other testing methods have to be used to reduce it. The creeping wave can greatly reduce even completely eliminate the depth of dead zone. In the paper,  the occurring and attenuation of creeping wave were detailed. Subsequently, the probe configuration and refrence block were discussed. Finally, the application in boiler power inspection was simply introduced.

【045】PFC-2000管道射线检测仪的技术改进及应用

摘 要:管道因腐蚀等因素在使用过程中易导致管道出现壁厚减薄,使管道强度降低,甚至可能引发事故。常规管道检验时,利用测厚仪进行测厚,须局部拆除保温层,不仅检验工期长,成本高,而且检验范围受限制。采用PFC-2000管道射线检测仪,可实现对管道快速扫查,其特点是无需拆除管道保温,检测结果不受管道内部介质影响,可检测并定位管壁减薄缺陷,能够实现管道腐蚀情况的全面评价。通过对该设备进行试验研究和技术改进,扩大了该仪器的应用范围,提高了检测数据的准确性,从而提高了管道检验技术水平。
