电磁无损检测理论和技术的新进展

摘要:本报告主要介绍电磁无损检测相关理论和技术的一些最新进展。以核电站、聚变堆结构、超轻多孔材料等新材料、新结构的无损检测为目标,重点介绍涡流检测、脉冲涡流检测、自然磁化检测、漏磁检测、电磁超声、磁噪声等电磁无损检测方法在宏观缺陷检测和定量、残余应力和微观塑性损伤评价等方面的最新理论和技术进展。具体涉及探头设计和优化理论、高效高精度数值模拟方法、缺陷定量反演方法、电磁无损检测新方法、新材料与结构的无损检测等。报告主要围绕西安交通大学近年来开展的无损检测相关研究内容展开,同时介绍国际上电磁无损检测最近的典型最新理论和技术进展。

Abstract:Some advances on the theory and techniques of Electromagnetic Non-Destructive Evaluation (ENDE) are introduced in this presentation. In view of the NDE of structures of nuclear power plants, fusion reactors, and new materials such as super-light porous material, some recent developments on detection and sizing of macro defects, evaluation of residual stress and material degradation with ENDE method such as the eddy current testing, pulsed eddy current testing, natural magnetization method, magnetic flux leakage method, electromagnetic acoustic transducer, magnetic Barkhausen noise etc. are presented. The design and optimization of probe, high efficient numerical simulation method, quantitative evaluation method, new ENDE method, and the NDE of new material and new structures are introduced. The lecture is mainly related to the research work and results of the NDE group of Xi’an Jiaotong university, in addition with some typical new theoretical and technical advances in ENDE of the global NDT society.
