Biography

Songling Huang has been appointed Professor of Electrical Engineering Department of Tsinghua
University since 2010. He holds Bachelor's degree of Testing Technology and Instruments in 1991 from

Southeast University and a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2001. He is the
Director of Oil Field Electrical Engineering Center in Tsinghua University. His research interests include
nondestructive testing and evaluation, oil and gas pipeline defects in-line testing, magnetic flux leakage testing,
electromagnetic ultrasonic guided wave testing, and eddy current testing. He has been the PI of more than 30
academic and industrial projects. He is the author of 5 books on nondestructive testing and evaluation. He has
been authorized 20 invention patents. He has won 11 awards at provincial and ministry level and from Societies.
He serves as the Editorial Board Member of 4 international and Chinese peer-reviewed Journals.

主要成果
1、承担了中石油总公司“十五”科技攻关课题“高清晰度油气管道腐蚀检测器”的开发研制,完成了管道检测数据分析专家系统,提出了管道腐蚀缺陷漏磁检测量化的新方法;完成了油气管道高清晰度检测器的系列化研制,目前,该系列检测器已经应用于我国“西气东输”管道检测。
2、对脉冲涡流检测方法开展了研究工作,在传感器设计、裂纹缺陷量化检测、探头提离效应抑制等方面取得了一些成果,研制成功了便携式脉冲涡流检测仪。
3、研制成功了大型储罐底板缺陷漏磁检测器,已经应用于工业生产。
4、研制成功电磁超声导波缺陷检测设备,并产品化。
5、共发表论文100多篇,其中被SCI检索30多篇,EI检索40多篇,ISTP检索10多篇;已获得国家发明专利12项,实用新型专利3项。

成熟产品
1、 油气管道腐蚀缺陷高清晰度检测器
采用现代电磁检测技术完成的高清晰度检测器共有传感器800多个,可采集管道的腐蚀信息和检测器状态信息,通过数据分析专家系统软件可实现对检测数据的自动化分析处理,完成焊缝识别、缺陷量化、管道壁厚识别等,最后给出管道安全评估。 已经应用于“西气东输”管道检测
2、大型储罐底板缺陷检测器
采用漏磁检测技术实现储罐底板缺陷的高清晰度检测。检测器分36通道、18通道两种类型(产品型号:Mscan-1型;Mscan-2型);电机驱动或人工检测两种工作方式。 已经应用于工业生产
3、便携式脉冲涡流检测仪
可实现导电材料表面裂纹的检测,探头对提离效应有较强的抑制能力,一次扫查可发现各个方向的裂纹。 已应用于检测工程
4 、磁记忆检测仪
利用磁记忆效应检测在役铁磁性构件的应力集中部位和活动缺陷。 已应用于铁路、电厂等行业
5、电磁超声导波检测设备
清华大学研制的电磁超声导波检测设备可实现对钢板和钢管缺陷的快速扫描,是一个既满足电磁超声导波实验室需求又可满足工程应用的设备,特别是针对高校用户提供开放式数据接口和检测数据源文件,可方便高校教师和学生科研使用。配管道轴向导波检测探头时主要指标: 1.可以产生L模式和T模式的管道轴向导波 2.检测范围达到30 m 3.可检测独立腐蚀坑和周向裂纹(内外壁缺陷都可检测) 4.可检出最小缺陷的横截面面积< 2%管道横截面面积 5.轴向定位误差< ±6 cm 配平板导波检测探头时主要指标: 1.可以产生Lamb波模式和SH波模式的导波 2.检测距离达到3 m 3.可检测独立腐蚀坑和横向裂纹 4.最大检测板厚20mm 5.可检出最小腐蚀缺陷3t×3t×0.2t(深);可检测最小裂纹3t(长)×0.2t(深),t为板厚 6.定位误差< ±5 cm 已经应用在电厂、油田、石化等多家单位。
