2019远东论坛（青岛）大会6月25日开幕。本届大会共安排两场大会报告，共8个主旨报告。第一场在25日上午开幕式后，有3个主旨报告；第二场在6月27日上午，有5个主旨报告。下面我们对6月27日上午第二场大会报告的第一个主旨报告进行着重介绍：

简单介绍了现代测量仪器与计算机、控制、通信和人工智能的深度融合关系，提出了基于MC3I的现代测量仪器可重构体系结构。重点分析了宽带测量与高速测量、时域测量与频域测量、稳态测量与瞬态测量、机内测量与机外测量等测量技术领域的热点问题及发展动态。分析了现代测量仪器的芯片化、综合化和平台化发展趋势。指出了未来测量技术与测量仪器的发展方向，预测了未来发展方向重点，给出了未来测量技术发展意见和建议。
Firstly, the deeply correlative relationship between modern measurement instruments and computer & control, communication, artificial intelligence was briefly introduced. The reconstructable architecture of modern measurement technology based on MC3I was then proposed. The emphasis was put on the hot topics and development tendency in measurement field, including broadband/ high-speed measurement, time/ frequency-domain measurement, steady/ transient-statemeasurement, built-in/ external measurement. The designing idea trending for modern measurement instruments based on chips, comprehensive system and platform are fully analyzed. Finally, the development directions for future testing instruments and technology were discussed. The critical points were predicted and some comments &suggestions were shared.
