046Improvement and application of PFC-2000 online pipeline detector

AbstractThe wall thickness and strength of pipeline can be reduced by corrosion and other factors during using, which may lead to leakage and other accidents. In conventional pipeline detection, the wall thickness is detected by thickness gauge. As the heat insulation layer of detection area has to be removed during detecting, the conventional pipeline detection method has the character of long detection period, high cost and limited detection area. By using PFC-2000 ray pipeline detector, pipeline can be rapidly detected by scan mode without remove heat insulation layer. And, the detection results have nothing to do with the media in the pipeline. By PFC-2000 ray pipeline detector, can location corrosion point and comprehensive evaluation the pipeline corrosion condition. The application scope and detection accuracy of PFC-2000 ray pipeline detector were developed by experiment research and technology upgrade, which lead to the development of pipeline detection technique.

【048】油管腐蚀的一种电磁检测方法

摘 要:针对目前油水井中在役油管使用状况的检测仪器和方法对油管外壁腐蚀检测的局限性,提出了一种电磁检测方法。该方法采用双极性低频脉冲激励,取代了传统的正弦激励;采用了“时间切片法”对信号作时域分析,通过对油管模拟外壁腐蚀缺陷的检测,取得了良好的效果;对油管壁厚计算值的误差分析表明,计算值与实际值的相对误差较小。试验结果表明,该方法能够检测油管的外壁腐蚀,并能较准确地给出油管剩余壁厚的平均值。

048A Magnetic Inspection Method for Tubing Corrosion

AbstractTo overcome the shortcomings such as inspection instruments and methods for corrosion on outside wall of tubing which used in oil wells, a magnetic inspection method is present. Dual polarity low-frequency pulse is used to excite the coil instead of transitional sinusoidal signals. A time-domain analysis method called “time slicing method” is utilized for detected signals processing, good testing results are present by inspect for simulate outside corrosion on tubing; the relative errors between calculated value and the actual value of tubing wall thickness are very small. Experimental results show that corrosion on outside wall of tubing can be detected and the average value of residual wall thickness of tubing can be given more accurately by the method.

摘 要:远场涡流检测适用于铁磁性型材和零件的检测,能发现裂纹、减薄、凹坑等表面和近表面缺陷,可以确定缺陷的位置和相对尺寸,但难于判定缺陷的种类。本文介绍两种缺陷分析方法,并分析对比试样上缺陷波形的特征,应用于碳钢换热管束的检测中。

049Defect analysis method of Remote Field Eddy Current testing for ferromagnetic pipes inspection
AbstractRemote field eddy current testing suitable for ferromagnetic profiles and parts inspection, can find crack, thinning, potholes surface and near surface defect, can determine defects and location of the relative size, but difficult to determine defects types. This paper describes two defect analysis method, comparative analysis on the characteristics of sample defect waveform and applied to the carbon steel heat-exchanger tubing of detection.

摘 要:本文从一次将相控阵检测技术应用在球罐焊缝检测缺陷复检过程中的应用,从而验证了相控阵检测技术在大型压力容器检测中的应用前景。作为一种可记录超声检测方法,相信相控阵检测技术以其检测灵敏度高,检测结果直观、重复性好、可实时显示、缺陷定量准确的的技术优势被广泛应用于特种设备行业。

【051】相控阵检测技术在压力容器内壁点腐蚀检测中的应用探讨

摘 要:相控阵检测技术是利用电子方式控制相控阵探头合成的声束来实现超声波发射、接收的方法。相控阵检测基本原理是:调整阵列换能器各阵元发射/接收的相位延迟,使得合成声束在一定范围内形成聚焦、偏转等效果。它最突出的优点是:检测灵敏度高,检测结果直观、重复性好、可实时显示。本文就是利用相控阵检测这一优点,采用0º线形扫差方式,探索研究压力容器不开罐情况下实现内壁母材点腐蚀的检测。

AbstractPhased array inspection technology is the use of electronic control of the synthesis of phased array probe beam to achieve ultrasonic transmitter and receiver of the method. Phased array testing is a basic principle: to adjust the array transducer array transmit / receive the phase delay, making synthetic beam forming focus within a certain range, deflection and other effects. It is the most prominent advantages are: high sensitivity, the test results directly, reproducible, real-time display. This article is the use of the advantage of phased array inspection, using 0 º linear sweep bad way to explore the open cans of pressure vessels in the inner wall of the base metal under the situation pitting corrosion detection.

摘 要:超声TOFD检测技术做为一种先进的现代超声成像技术,在我国已经得到越来越广泛的应用,本文介绍了TOFD检测中可能遇到的各种盲区产生的原理、形式和计算方法,并分析了探头频率、楔块角度、晶片直径、探头中心距、脉冲宽度和焊缝形式等方面对盲区的影响,提出了在实际检测中如何避免盲区而带来漏检的工艺措施。

AbstractIt has been more and more widely used that TOFD ultrasonic inspection technology is an advanced modern ultrasonic imaging technology. The paper introduces the principle, feature and calculating method of the dead zone encountered in the TOFD inspection. Furthermore, it is analyzed that the effect caused by the probe frequency and dimension, the wedge angle, probe centre separation(PCS), pulse width and welding form etc on the dead zone. All kinds of techonogy measures is advised to avoid or reduce the dead zone in the actual inspection.

【053】激励参数对脉冲涡流缺陷检测的仿真分析

摘 要:脉冲涡流检测技术是一种新兴的电磁无损检测技术,激励参数与脉冲涡流检测灵敏度、涡流渗透深度密切相关,选择合适的激励参数十分必要。采用COMSOL有限元仿真软件建立了脉冲涡流圆柱型探头的有限元模型,分析了不同幅值、不同占空比以及幅值与时间的乘积相同情况下对金属部件表面下缺陷的检测的影响。通过有限元仿真分析,提出增大激励幅值可以提高检测的灵敏度,而增大占空比可以提高涡流的渗透深度。本结论为工程实践金属内部缺陷检测提供一定的参考价值。

053Simulation on the defect Effect of Excitation Parameters Using Pulsed Eddy Current Testing

AbstractPulsed eddy current (PEC) testing technology is a burgeoning electromagnetic nondestructive testing technology, eddy current penetration depth and the senstitivity have a close relationship with excitation parameters, appropriate excitation parameters is very necessary. The finite model of circular probe using COMSOL is built on subsurface defect with different peak of excitation, different duty cycle of excitation and the same integral of amplitude on the time. After simulation, increasing the peak of excitation can get better sensibility and the duty cycle can decide the penetration depth through data analysis of Matlab. The conclusion will provide some references on subsurface defect detection.

摘 要:由于现有管道外检测技术在管道内壁检测上存在盲区,基于有限元的电磁场仿真,提出了一种基于管道受激交变磁场的外检测技术。ANSYS的仿真结果表明:合理配置的传感器阵列所采集的磁场信号,经过频谱分析可以有效辨别管道缺陷的内外壁位置,并实现对其管壁圆周位置、尺寸等参数的定量测量。

【056】窄脉冲探头用高阻抗背衬的简易制作方法

摘 要:窄脉冲探头具有脉冲持续时间短、分辨率高等特点,能够有效的对奥氏体不锈钢进行超声检测。本文提出了一种简易的高阻抗背衬制作方法,能够得到较高的声阻抗和声衰减率。使用自制背衬对探头进行声匹配后,能够有效降低探头的脉冲周期,提高信噪比,改善探伤性能。

056A simple way to get high acoustic impedance and attenuation for Narrow-Pulse probe
AbstractAustenitic stainless steel can be detected effective with ultrasonic method by Narrow-Pulse probe for it’s short duration of a pulse,high defect resolution.In this paper we find a simple way to get backing which have high acoustic impedance and attenuation of sound.Probe acoustically matched by self-made backing can improve inspection ability with lower pulse periods and increased signal to noise ratio(SNR).
