摘 要:本文针对油田注水管线焊缝超声波探伤的特点,指出了仪器、探头和试块的选择方法及灵敏度的确定原则,对小径管超声波探伤步骤作了说明。并对常见缺陷如未焊透、未熔合、裂纹、内凹等缺陷信号的判别方法进行了讨论分析,提出了正确的判定方法。

AbstractIn this paper,the characteristics for ultrasonic testing weld line of oilfield water flooding pipeline ,point out the selection methods and the sensitive determinate principles of instrument,probe and test-block,and describe the steps of ultrasonic testing small-caliber tube. Discuss and analyze the judgment methods of lack-welding,lack-fusion,crack and concavity,propose to the correct decision method.

摘 要:介绍了TOFD技术在球罐焊缝检测中的要求,对TOFD检测仪器的调校方法和实际检测中的各项参数的设置进行了分析,举例说明了TOFD检测技术与常规检测方法对不同缺陷检测灵敏度的差异,从而验证了TOFD检测技术在球罐检测中的可靠性。

摘 要:我国现行标准中并未对射线检测中圆形缺陷的测量给出明确方法,这就使射线检测人员在对射线底片评定中对缺陷测量的方法意见不统一,造成对同一检测缺陷的评定,出现两种不同结果。为了解决这个问题,笔者从材料应力学方面,对射线检测中圆形缺陷的评定进行了理论论证。

【020】DR数字成像系统在大口径长输管道施工中的推广

摘 要:DR数字平板成像系统是近几年发展起来的全新的数字化成像技术,它具有如下特点:检测速度快和检测效率高,两次照射期间不必更换胶片和存储荧光屏,图像质量已接近或达到胶片照相水平。针对大口径长输管道石油工程建设,检测过程易于实现自动化,对于建设优质高效绿色环保能源管道具有重要意义。

摘 要:针对长输管道无损检测洗片中作中,由于暗室供电系统的突然断电或电压不稳导致的洗片中出现绞片或者底片黑度超标的问题,研制了一种无间断全自动洗片机供电电源系统,以保证洗片机的正常工作,提高工作效率,节约施工成本。

【022】埋地钢质管道外涂层缺陷的安全质量分级评价

摘 要:针对目前国内还没有一套完整的关于管道外涂层(尤其是外涂层缺陷)分级评价方法的现状,分析了国外分级标准的适用性和分级指标的合理性,指出国外分级标准存在的问题,经过系统分析和比较,提出了更切合我国实际的分级评价指标制定思路。重点研究了 ACVG 的检测原理,建立了 ACVG 缺陷电场模型,提出电平差值、辐射距离和近似电场能3个分级评价指标。根据大量现场开挖和数据统计分析,提出了具有广泛适用性的外涂层缺陷安全质量分级评价准则。按照制定的 ACVG 分级评价准则,进行了现场应用试验,现场间接检测结果与直接检测结果符合率达到 88.24 %,由此证明该分级评价准则是较为准确、可行的。通过对管道外涂层缺陷进行合理的安全质量分级,管道管理者可按照不同级别确定相应的安全运行维护策略,提高管道维修的针对性与工作效率。

摘 要:以某电厂300MW机组再热器减温器超声波检验为例,介绍了再热器减温器的特殊结构,指出常规超声波方法检验其背弧侧和与直管段对接焊缝可能出现漏检或检出伪缺陷,提出的超声波检验新方法对再热器减温器进行无损检验,解决了实际检验中存在的漏检、真伪波难以区分的主要技术问题。

摘 要:本文通过对射线检测方法和射线检测工艺的探讨,对获得一张优质的射线检测底片提出了一些经验总结。认为获得一张优质底片的过程是一个系统工程,必须合理规范化射线检测的每一个操作步骤,加强对射线检测操作人员的培训,进行射线检测人员的规范化、标准化操作,才能得到优质的射线检测底片。

【026】电站锅炉不锈钢管氧化皮检测技术

摘 要:电站锅炉不锈钢管内壁由于蒸汽氧化容易产生氧化皮,剥落的氧化皮会堵塞管道,严重时甚至造成堵塞爆管。为了降低事故,减少损失,开展对电站锅炉不锈钢管氧化皮的检测就极为重要。本文基于磁性检测技术,提出了不锈钢管氧化皮检测方法,研制了检测仪器,并在现场进行了大量应用。实践表明,该仪器具有携带方便、检测快捷、灵敏度高等优点,可较好的满足电站锅炉不锈钢管氧化皮检测的要求。

026The  Oxide-scale Detection Technique for Stainless Steel Pipe in Boiler of Power Plant

AbstractThe stainless steel pipe is easily to create the oxide-scale because of oxidation from steam. Too much exfoliation oxide-scale will choke the pipe, and even can cause the pipe-bursting. To reduce accident and cut losses, it is important to detect the oxide-scale which is formed in stainless steel pipe in boiler of power plant. The article is based on the technology of magnetic detection, and presents the method to detect the oxide-scale in stainless steel pipe. A set of instrument for oxide-scale testing is developed. The instrument is already widely used in the boiler of power plant. It is shown that the instrument is easily portable and convenient to test, and has high sensitivity and so on. It can meet the demand of oxide-scale detection about stainless steel pipe in boiler of power plant.

【027】无损检测技术在火力发电厂锅炉“四管”检验中的应用

摘 要:火力发电厂锅炉“四管”工作压力高,温度高,以及所处环境恶劣,是金属监督检验的重点。据统计资料显示,由焊接原因引发的锅炉“四管”爆管泄漏是火力发电厂最频发的事故,严重影响电厂运行的安全性和经济性。其原因有二:一是焊接质量不过关,二是焊口检验不到位。由于现场检验条件复杂,部分焊接位置狭窄等问题,如能有效运用无损检测技术,及时发现焊接缺陷,保证“四管”运行安全。本文通过分析现场“四管”检测中的常见问题,提出合理的解决方案。

【028】9%~12%Cr新型马氏体耐热钢焊接构件的无损检测

摘 要:马氏体耐热钢是热电工业中常用的一种结构材料。根据不同工程的特点,需要采用不同焊接工艺。由于该类材料具有一定的裂纹敏感性,不可避免地对工程设备带来一些安全隐患。因此必须采用无损检测的方法对该材料的焊接构件质量及时进行检测。重点介绍了超声波检测的要点,并分析了焊接缺陷的成因。结果表明,为保证焊接质量符合工程要求,应结合使用射线、超声波和渗透检测等多种手段,减少可能存在的漏检率。

028Nondestructive Testing of Welding Assembly of New Series 9%~12%Cr Martensitic Heat Resistant Steel

AbstractThe martensitic heat-resistant steel is a structure material usually in thermoelectricity industry. Based on characteristic of different engineering projects, different welding technologies are needed because the material is susceptible to crack, leading to unavoidable hidden danger to safety in engineering equipment. The method of NDT inspection of welding assembly quality of the material must be used in time. In the same time, main points of ultrasonic testing were introduced and contributing factor of welding defect was analyzed. The results showed that, in order to have welding quality in accordance with engineering demands, the combination of X-ray inspection with ultrasound and penetration testing and with other means of nondestructive testing is needed to decrease rate of undetected fault.
