“2017远东无损检测新技术论坛”学术报告报名公告(第七批:第265场至第364场)自即日起分批公布已收到的2017远东无损检测新技术论坛学术报告报名,现将第七批265场-第364场学术报告的题目、报告人和所代表单位公布如下:265、报告题目:非破坏性测试中分数阶导数的使用Title of the report: The Use of Fractional Order Derivatives in Non-Destructive Testing报告人:理查德.西科拉Reporter: Ryszard Sikora单位:西波美拉尼亚的理工大学Unit:West Pomeranian University ofTechnology摘要Abstract: The fractional order derivatives and integrals are known since 1695 yearwhen Leibniz and L’Hospital initiated the discussion aimed at calculus based onfractional order derivatives and integrals. For a long time, areas forpractical applications of this calculus have not been found. The lack ofapplications has been caused by serious difficulties referring to possibilitiesof clear physical and technical interpretation of fractional calculusformulae.   Nevertheless, there are noobstacles in use of this calculus in more or less “virtual” areas, such as, forexample, control theory, where there exist many degrees of freedom inmathematical creation of control laws. The number of papers using fractional order derivatives refer toelectrical engineering. Unfortunately, substantial number of mentioned above publicationscontain serious errors.There are manyformulations defining the fractional order integrals and derivatives. Thus, onehas to overcome problem of choice of the right formulation for problem beingsolved. It should be mentioned that the following three among them are commonlyused, i.e. Gruinvald-Letnikov, Caputo, Riemann-Liouville . After selectingthe correct formulation, the calculations have to be performed.On the beginning one has to define thelinear, fractional order elements of electric circuit   used in non-destructive testing, forexample, these can be elements applied for construction of the transducerdetecting flaws on the basis of eddy-current technique.These elements are not expressed with units:Ohm, Henr and Farad. Their respective physical units depend on the order ofderivatives. To avoid inconsistencies referring to Kirchhoff's law the“dedicated” coefficients are introduced to formula describing each circuitelement:. By means of above adjustmentof physical units the Kirchhoff’s law for serial RLC circuit will be kept. Thenfractional order differential equations describing circuits are treatedmathematically. As the essence of the proposed approach one can treat creationof circuits with desired frequency characteristics. The formulae will betreated as theoretical standards for designing of innovative diagnostic systemsbased on the eddy-current technique. Thus, the obtained systems can be treatedas filters which approximate the desired frequency characteristics. Theproposed systems enable identification of the defect parameters as well. Thefull paper will contain the necessary elements of theory of the fractionalorder calculus as well as theory of eddy currents method using fractional orderderivatives of time. Uchimoto单位:东北大学工学研究科Unit:Graduate School of Engineering,Tohoku University摘要Abstract: Magnetic techniques are practically used for evaluation of variousdegradations in steel components such as plastic deformation, residual stressand creep damage, and so on. However, most magnetic techniques are influencedby electromagnetic noises. Incremental magnetic permeability method measurescoil impedance during the magnetization that is equivalent to incrementalpermeability. It has an advantage of less noise-sensitive feature, because ofnarrow band filtering in measuring impedance. In this talk, some applicationsof incremental permeability method are introduced: plastic deformation of carbonsteels, and microstructure change of high Cr ferritic steels by creepdegradation. Incremental permeability as function of applied field changesaccording to microstructure change. In addition, trajectory of impedance in acomplex plain shows characteristic behaviors. These phenomena are discussedthrough the apparent permeability and conductivity reconstructed from theimpedance change. 267、报告题目:使用超声导波的特性检查和监测粘结层缺陷复合结构Title of the report: Inspection and monitoring of bond line defects in composite structuresusing ultrasonic feature guided waves报告人:范铮博士Reporter: Dr. Fan Zheng单位: 新加坡南洋理工大学Unit:Nanyang Technological University摘要Abstract: Adhesivebonding is widely used in aerospace composite structures, being the most commonmeans to fix skins to reinforcing elements, such as spars and stiffeners. Acontinuous well-cured bond can offer uniform stresses, good joint strength, andimproved fatigue and impact resistance, and is therefore crucial to theperformance of the entire structure. This talk presents a novel technology touse feature guided waves (FGW) for rapid screening of the bond-line between astiffener and a carbon-fiber-reinforced-polymer (CFRP) composite panel. SuchFGW is capable of concentrating the energy along the stiffener and bond-line,with little energy leaking into the plate. Semi-Analytical Finite Element(SAFE) method is applied to understand the modal properties of FGWs that existin the structure, using both the homogeneous and the heterogeneous model forthe composite panel. Promising modes with little dispersion and littleattenuation are identified from the modal analysis. Both 3D Finite Element (FE)simulations and experiments are performed to study the interaction of theselected FGW mode with defects in the adhesive bond, and the results showexcellent agreement. The reflection behavior and the wave-defect resonancephenomenon are investigated, which demonstrate the capability of the FGW forthe bond line inspection. The quality of all welds must be evaluated after the welding processto avoid breaks after the blank stamping and during the vehicle life. There areseveral inspection methods for Tailor Welded Blanks, but only an ultrasonicsystem is capable of detecting internal defects at high speed in an industrialenvironment. This article describes the ultrasonic system based on EMATtechnology for Laser Weld inspection, in which guided waves are used to inspectthe thin plates. The excitation of sound waves occurs on the surface of the materialrather than in the probe. For this reason, EMAT has the benefit of no couplant,non contact, feasible for low or high temperature and easy to integrate withautomation system. The magnet is assembledfrom several segments with mechanical joints. The electrical resistance ofjoint at cryogenic temperature (joint resistance) has great influence on theperformance of the magnet, a nondestructive testing technique at roomtemperature is highly demanded to predict joint resistance.In this study, we focused on electricalcharacteristics of the joint to develop an electromagnetic NDT technique forinspecting the joint. To identify the factors relating to the joint resistanceand the correlation between the electrical characteristics, we observed crosssections of the joint using X-ray CT scan and measured the electricalresistance and impedance of the joint. We found a small air gap existing in thejoint that could possibly be the cause for increment in joint resistance,though we could not evaluate the degree of influence of such gap over measuredelectrical resistance and impedance result. We analyzed the causes by numericalmodels, and found arranging the current perpendicular to the joint surface iseffective for inspecting the joint.
